Your completed FileMaker solution needs to be hosted on a server if you wish to share it with your colleagues. The FileMaker server software enables you to simultaneous share your solution with up to 250 users.

We can install this on your own equipment or host your solution on one of our professionally managed servers.

So what's so special about a managed server?

It simply removes the hassle and expense of you having to run, maintain and backup the server yourself.

From the moment it is plugged into your network it is monitored and backed up offsite by us.

So if your building goes up in flames you get a replacement server with your solution in place the very next day so that you can continue where you left off.

Can I opt to have my solution hosted offsite?

Yes, subject to your broadband. This is the preferred option for those who need to access FileMaker anytime anywhere.

We recommend a minimum download/upload of 6500/680 kb/s check your speed.

So what do I get with a managed server?

5 daily backups with one of those backups transferred (as an encrypted file) to an external
off-site storage facility.

Unlimited support/upgrades.

Full time monitoring.

Use of a fully licensed copy of FileMaker Server
(RRP: 650.00 GBP).

How much will this cost me?

An onsite server will cost 120.00 GBP per month whilst remote hosting ranges from 19.00 GBP per month for a single user through to 8.10 GBP per user per month for 20+ users.
